Jason began working with technology early on creating a bulletin board system (BBS) even before the Internet as we now know it was really in existence. By the time he was 16 he had his own networking support and software development business where he wrote one of the first online rebate systems in the mid 90’s. Jason has always used his strong entrepreneurial spirit to grow businesses by leveraging technology to create new opportunities. Before founding 360incentives.com, Jason served as President and CEO of TMR, a marketing services company. Jason is on the advisory boards of XTM, a smart-digital boutique agency and QuickEnrollment, one of the first online registration companies. He also sits on the board of Station Gallery, a local art gallery in Whitby and serves on the Durham College Multimedia and Web Developer Advisory Committee. Over the past few years Jason has been involved with several organizations including the vice-chair technology committee for YPO (Young Presidents Organization), education chair Global One YPO Chapter, member Summit Series (invite only community of entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and thought leaders) and speaker on technology for Dale Carnegie.

Todd Skinner Chief Of Staff
Todd’s mission is to make positive change in people’s lives; it just so happens that he uses businesses as the canvas for his art.
Coming from an entrepreneurial background he draws from two decades of personal experience in both entrepreneurial ventures and corporate executive positions in Canada, the US and Internationally. Todd has a global perspective having lived and worked in the United States and England. He has also conducted business in over 45 countries; including turning around a failing business in England, starting businesses in Russia and China and a joint venture in India. Upon his return to Canada, Todd leveraged his international experience to help coach thousands of business owners and employees.  Todd is now on a mission to create companies with powerful organizational cultures that engage, inspire and ignite people to work (play) above what they thought possible. Todd is a curious student of business and life who seeks to understand why we do things and how we can do them better.   Todd’s journey has led him to discover that his greatest joy in life is teaching others that great companies are built by confident leaders who allow their employees to play to their strengths and share in the fun of building a profitable organization as well as creating an unbelievable work experience.

Dan Donovan VP of Technology and Development
Dan has had a progressive career in software development and IT. This has included hands-on development positions, a sales engineering role, and running his own start-up. His focus on building and managing rapidly growing, high-performing technology and software development and delivery teams led him to the role of Director, Information Systems at Porter Airlines before joining the team at 360incentives.com.

Kevin O’Neil COO/CFO
Prior to joining 360Incentives, Kevin was the COO/CFO of Scalar Decisions, a Toronto-based IT solutions business and #21 on Profit fast growing businesses, where he provided operational and financial leadership over a period of very rapid growth. He was formerly President and COO of dna13 Inc, an Ottawa-based Saas software company where he led the Company through a successful divestiture to CNW, Canada’s leading newswire business. Mr. O’Neil is also a founding partner of Sapient Capital Partners, a financial advisory firm, involved with mergers and acquisitions activity and corporate finance, and serves clients in a variety of businesses. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. O’Neil was President and Chief Executive Officer of World Vintners Inc., which grew to be the largest retailer of consumer made wine in the world. Chris is a veteran software entrepreneur, executive and angel investor. Between 2005-2008, Chris was President of Group 1 Software, a leading provider of software solutions for data quality, customer communication and direct marketing. Under Chris’ leadership, Group 1’s revenue grew substantially, to over $250 million. Between 2002-2005, Chris was VP of US Sales for Pitney Bowes DMT. Earlier in his career, Chris founded and built MailCode into a leading provider of technology solutions for mail processing via bar coding and optical character reading. Chris sold MailCode to Pitney Bowes in 2001. Chris’s expertise in the field of mail processing and OCR has led to four U.S patents and a Recognition Award by the U.S Postmaster General. Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and in 2004 received the Distinguished Technology Alumni Award. Chris sits on the advisory board for Softserve Inc., one of the largest software development firms in Ukraine. Bashir brings more than 25 years of diversified finance experience to his role at 360.
His experience includes strategic planning, financial reporting, systems implementation, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, cost management and process improvement. In his previous position as VP of Finance at a North American Packaging company, Bashir was instrumental in turning around the company and subsequent acquisition from near bankruptcy into a highly profitable and efficient organization. Bashir started his career as a Senior Auditor for Ernst & Young in Saudi Arabia before joining KPMG as a Senior Auditor in Toronto, Canada. Bashir holds both the Chartered Accountant and the Certified Management Accountant designations. Bashir developed an enriched math curriculum for young high achieving students that are taught at a local community center in Toronto, he is also part of the admin team that teaches both the enriched math program and an enriched language program.
